I’m a competitive Ironman triathlete and marathoner, and can honestly say the customizability and price of Blank’s is unmatched. The flavors are amazing, and being able to get in all the carbs I need for the day is effortless. Been using the Custom Mix for a couple of years now, and will continue for years to come!

I've tried just about every brand of sport's nutrition on the market, and nothing comes close to Blank's. GI issues plagued many of my past races due to a lack of ability to customize the sodium content of my nutrition. With Blank's custom mixes, and dialing in my sodium needs, I have been able to have some of my best 70.3 and 140.6 races to date!

The anti-bonk formula!!!!

Very good, only problem is that sometimes there are some clumps that don't mix properly.

Love the idea and the ability to create your own mix! I need to figure out what flavor I prefer because the one I chose was a little too sweet for me!

This has been a serious level-up for fencing. It really made me realize how important proper fuel is for what you're doing. I am so much more in tune with what I am putting into my body, and this is absolutely going to change the game for tournament days!

Been using this product exclusive when training and racing. Having an ostomy bag is hard to find products that my gut can handle, and can handle over long 4-8hr endurance races, Blanks Nutrition has filled that need. Highly recommend.

Took the blue raspberry Bicarb before a long run and a track workout so far and it is just as effective as Maurten but tastes 10 times better! Highly recommend! And the watermelon drink mix is fire too

Tried the new missile pop flavor, and well... that topped my favorite flavor they had. I know what my next order will have every time!

Simple hydration/nutrition in a bottle

By far the best race and training nutrition I’ve tried! It’s cheap, easy on the stomach, and being able to add more sodium to my drink mix has been such a game changer for Ironman/Half-Ironman racing!

I usually purchase the tangerine flavor but went for some pineapple this round. The new flavor seems to carry a chalky like texture in the mixture as compared to the tangerine. I also switched raised my carbs per L which changed the number of scoops per liter but wasn't aware I also need to change the sodium content so that would be stable. Still learning as I move to higher carb fueling. Otherwise really enjoying the custom mix product.

It is far too sweet. I can't use the recommended full scoop because the sweetness level is off the charts. If I could do it again I would have gotten it without aspartame added.

This is my absolute go to nutrition for ultramarathon training and races. I always customize it based on my carb and sodium needs (less sodium for cool weather, increased sodium for hot conditions). Plus nothin beats the taste!

Blanks Sports Nutrition nailed it with their custom drink mix. The flavor options are fantastic! Spirit of the Seagull is my personal favorite and I keep coming back to it. Being able to dial in a mix that actually tastes good makes staying hydrated during training so much easier. Highly recommend.

I am a runner and didn’t really understand the importance of fueling. However now since I done more research and been training more custom drink mix is my go to now!! I do 75 grams of carbs and love to lemon lime with any flavor on their website it’s like crack! Thank you blanks sports nutrition for helping me get better

I wasn’t able to find a product that met my needs in terms of sodium and carbs… until I started to make a custom mix. Blanks has a life long customer now.

This is the best fuel I’ve ever used… tastes phenomenally, mixes easily, and fast shipment! 10/10!
