The new Blank's Bicarb Capsules take our record-breaking bicarb pellets, surround them in a Bicarb Gel Matrix, then encased in a vegan enteric coated capsule.

The multi-stage slow release capsules allow for safe passage of the capsules into the small intestine where they can slowly be absorbed into the blood stream.

Dosing:
For Microdosing for 2+ Hour Events: We recommend 4-6x capsules per hour. Starting 3x hours before an event and stopping 3x hours before the end. 

For Regular Dosing (Less than 1 Hour Event): 0.2-0.3g of bicarb per kg of body weight 3-3.5hours before - or use the Bicarb Starter Kit or Custom Bicarb Mix 2 hours before.

Contains 200mg sodium per capsule. A full dose is a significant sodium load.
